Have the party guests practice their cake cutting skills with this funny wedding game. Ideal for a Jack and Jill or bridal shower, all you need is a big bag of flour (yes, as in white, all purpose flour), a container (which will be used to shape the flour), and a blunt knife.
Before guests arrive at the Jack and Jill or bridal shower, firmly pack the flour into the container (just like you would if you were building a sand castle). When you are ready for the game, turn the container upside down onto a flat surface, such as a chopping board or large plate, and remove the container making sure the flour retains its shape.
Goal of the game: each person takes turn trying to ‘cut’ a slice of cake using the knife without causing the entire cake to crumble! Each successful turn is rewarded (e.g. with a shot of a preferred drink). The one who makes the cake fall…gets covered!
